Why do I need a Legal Video? Today's courts are overwhelmed. To expedite cases, depositions are now held in remote locations where the deponent, attorneys, court reporter and legal videographer records the record by following the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence so that the testimony can be entered into a court of law. If the case goes to court, the video can be played back in front of a judge and jury. When attempting to settle a case, it is imperative to produce a "Day-in-the-Life" video or a "Settlement Video" to convince the opposition that they can not win the case in a court of law, thereby encouraging a settlement of the case.
